Connecting with the “adventurer buried somewhere inside you,” RTMI takes basic clues from Myst. The game is set in present time, with you assuming the role of Mina, a sailor shipwrecked on the shores of this wild, uninhabited island.
Your job is to explore the island, solving puzzles along the way, uncovering artifacts, living spaces and technologies left behind by the people who came before you to this island. Myst-like, eerie feeling of unknown and suspense prevail in RTMI. Unlike Myst, RTMI has more complex inventory and tougher puzzles that will, in some cases, will attempt to stretch your brain beyond its limit. The narrative is deep and engaging and there isn’t anything currently in the App store (bar maybe Myst) with a story as intelligently delivered.
